Sometimes it's just a matter of time. I have seen the reaction so many times when I went to the restaurant with some friends.

"Oh my God, I can't believe it... This is pure magic!"

Right...

But people probably don't know how easy it could be if you just get concentrated on the recipe and are careful (but very careful) with the time of baking...

THE LAVA CAKE INGREDIENTS (For 4 people):

2 eggs + 1 yalk - 10 gr of cocoa powder (1 tsp + 1/2 tsp) -  25 gr of floue (1/4 tsp) - 80 gr of icing sugar (2/3 cup) - 80 gr of butter (1/4 cup + 1/8 cup) - 100 gr of chocolate (3.53 oz)
