The brittle - #Whitemascarpone

The brittle (il Croccante)

Christmas in Italy is a lot... A lot of good things to eat!

Some of the typical dishes might be a little complicated and long to make, but some others are quicker, easier and, above all, always good to eat!

The brittle, that in Italy is called the "Croccante" is a very traditional sweet street food that you can find everywhere in the country, especially in the Christmas markets and both in the big cities and in the small villages, and it's great to eat anytime.
But, if you want to be just like any other Italian...

... the best moment to taste the brittle is with a good espresso coffee, at the end of a good meal.
Here you can find the video recipe on how to make it... And have fun with Whitemascarpone!

The ingredients for the brittle are:
200 gr of sugar (1 cup) - 100gr of almonds and 100gr of azelnuts (3.53oz) - some water - lemon juice
