There comes the day when you just feel like "I wanna do it".
It's sunny outside, the weather is nice, the temperature is not cold at all.
And you just want to bake or, at least work with the ingredients, make some good pastry basis, and save them in the freezer for the future.

An Italian Plum Cake

So, people think that the Plum Cake is not an Italian cake...

Well, you're right!

But what if we add some Mascarpone cheese in the mixture. What do you think?

Then it becomes like a revised - Italian - Plum Cake! Soft, sweet, and great for your breakfast time.

Plus, we're heading towards the weekend, so we were just reharsing the recipe of this great cake for the next days.

It's just delicious.

The Moretta cake - #Whitemascarpone

Who doesn't love Nutella... Come on, let's be honest with one another.
Nutella is probably one of the best sweet creams ever invented for the joy of the individuals... Am I right?

So it's time to, first of all, to be grateful to whom invented this great cream, Michele Ferrero, who unfortunately died last February, 14th (guess what, it was the Saint Valentine's day... where chocolate rules!) and, secondly, post a video recipe of an Italian famous cake where Nutella is the main ingredient.
